By downloading or using Plainview, you agree to these terms. They're short; please read them.

What Plainview is

Plainview is an iOS app made by Plainview LLC. It displays instagram.com under your own Instagram login and applies display filters locally, on your device. Plainview is an independent product: it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.

Your Instagram account

Your Instagram account and everything you do with it remain governed by Instagram's own terms. You are responsible for your account and for complying with those terms. Plainview does not host, provide, or control any Instagram content.

Plainview depends on Instagram

Plainview works by presenting Instagram's website. Instagram may change its website at any time, and those changes can alter or break parts of Plainview without warning. We work to keep up, but we cannot promise that any feature will remain available, and we may modify or discontinue Plainview at any time.

No warranty

Plainview is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app, including anything that happens to your Instagram account.

Price

Plainview is currently free. If that changes, the App Store listing and these terms will say so before you pay anything.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version always lives at this address. Continuing to use Plainview after a change means you accept the updated terms.
